Beginning with just one house, Cheri Jahn, the company owner, built a successful establishment by word of mouth.  As a single mother of three kids, she became one of the best in the industry so that she could gain more customers and support her family.  Cheri is currently active in the business and is always looking at ways to make Colorado Housekeeping stand out among the competition.

Kendrick Jahn, Cheri’s oldest son, is the Operations Manager.  He handles all the daily operations, customer relations, quality assurance, employee training, inspections and estimates. 

Mike Jahn, Cheri’s youngest son, is the Office Manager.  He handles most of the filing, data entry, advertising and promotion on the internet, answering phone calls, and maintaining chemicals and supplies.   

Our staff is always willing to help answer any questions customers may have regarding their particular homes.  Each customer has different needs and we specialize in customizing the job to fit various expectations.  Kendrick, the Operations Manager and Estimator, is thorough in the estimating process when he comes out to see your home.
