- The managers or owner do regular Inspections.
- Detailed work order sheets on each job that tells the cleaners exactly what the customer wants.
- The cleaners check off on the work orders to make sure nothing gets missed.
- The cleaners leave a post card that allows the customer to make any comments on their clean.
- If something is missed, we return that day or the next to fix the problem.
